By the title of my layout, you’re probably thinking “Well, Duh! But which one?” Well, the doggie I chose to scrap was Lady Bear. With all the cold weather we’ve been having, I chose to scrap some Summer photos and use bright embellishments!
I had a lot of fun with this one. All the little strips of paper and ribbon. All the fun embellishments from die cut flowers to chipboard biscuits and hearts.
Here are some close-ups:
The layout is based on the Becky Fleck sketch challenge at A Cherry On Top:
I also did this for ACOT’s Supply Challenge. Out of 10 items I chose the following to use on my page – I used 3 flowers (2 die cuts and 1 sticker); 2 stick pins; white (background cardstock); diagnol stripes (pp strip); and arrow (cork arrow). I used a variety of manufacturer’s to create this layout including:
Diagnol striped pp: MME
Die cut flowers: Deja Views
Glittered paw print stickers, green felt flower sticker: Sticko
“I Love My Dog” journaling block: Echo Park
Stick Pins, grey plaid pp strip: Basic Grey
Brown chevron pp strip, brown paw print pp strip: Reminisce
Yellow strip, orange strip, green paw print strip: The Paper Studio
Cork arrow: Fancy Pants
chipboard dog biscuits: Paper House Productions
Dog veneer: Studio Calico
chipboard hearts and date strip: Queen & Co
Mist: Tattered Angels
Ink: Clearsnap
Ric Rac, ribbon with red pom poms: from stash
TFL! 🙂
Oh Brandy I adore this page! I love all the fun embellies and those doggie bones are awesome! What a great job you did with all those strips behind the photos! I love how they are all so different and have different textures. And I just love the little mini cluster at the bottom left with the date! And of course sweet Bear is so adorable!
Great layout! Love the ball trim, perfect for a pet page!!
This is so pretty! Love those embellishments!
