When we first got Penny Lane in early November, 2 years ago, she was about 4-6 months old. So when you’ve got a young pup like that, they keep you on your toes, that’s for sure!  After we had Penny for about 3 wks, I woke up to see her little cheeks swollen. I paniced! I checked for any issues in her mouth, and other symptoms, but she had none. She ate her breakfast and drank water just fine. So after talking to my vet and seeing chicken feathers scattered throughout the yard (we used to have a neighbor that had free range chickens), we figured out she was allergic to chicken feathers. Poor baby! Thankfully, the swelling only lasted 24 hours.

As you can see, I pretty much stuck to the sketch, placing paw print stickers and veneer hearts in place of the “circles”, and adding the small banner cluster at top. I layered my title on top of washi tape:
