My husband got a sourdough starter started a couple of months ago and he’s been keeping up with it by making sourdough bread, sourdough rolls/buns and waffles. Last month, his buns came out so good, we decided to make some burgers. But not just ANY burgers. Applewood smoked bacon infused brisket burgers. They were sooooooo delicious! We just had to take a picture of it!
Oh yeah, “yum” is right! I used a stencil by Crafter’s Workshop and gelatos. Papers, alphas, tag, and frame are from Fancy Pants. Still working on my “kit” for the “Kill a Kit” Challenge. And I usually don’t scrap about food, so its also for ACOT’s Guest Designer Challenge #4 – FOOD!
