Happy New Year to my crafty friends! I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. Does anybody have crafty goals this year? Is there anything you’d like to learn – maybe a new technique? My goal is to use up my stash! Since moving into our new home just 11 months ago, I’ve built up quite a collection. Last year was practically the year of pets in the scrapbook world. I just had to buy all the new stuff! Then toss in all the new Mixed Media and I just buy, buy, and buy.

So this year, I’m challenging myself to USE IT OR LOSE IT! That term has been used before and over at ACOT, there is a challenge sometimes to pull something you haven’t used/opened in a couple of years (or more) and the hostess allows you to make a couple of projects using that up. If so, that’s great. If not, then maybe you should donate it.

With that said, I have decided to pull about a dozen random items from my stash each month, post them here, and try to USE IT before the month’s end. I’m starting out this year with the following:

Mini stamps, Webster’s Pages hot pink ruffle ribbon, Eyelet Outlet doggie washi tape, WRMKs green large brads, 3 piece cling stamps (not sure where it came from), blingy flowers.

Bo Bunny “Gabrielle” rub ons

TCW halftone circle template, Want 2 Scrap overlay

Basic Grey “Fact or Fiction” collection (its the very last sheet from that collection, I want to use it up!)

Bo Bunny “Alora” paper, MME “Lush 2” paper, and SEI “Homestead” paper. All papers I’ve had in my stash, 3, 4, up to 5 yrs! Need to use ’em!

And some Bo Bunny “Mistletoe” brads. Most of them are Christmas-oriented, but I spy glittery brads in red, green, white and blue!
