Good afternoon everyone. Last Friday, we celebrated Penny – she turned 7 years old! And boy did she have fun and get a bunch of treats and toys.

For the last ten years or so, I always take a picture first thing in the morning of the birthday girl (or boy). And here’s Miss Penny’s!

She got treats from Earthwise Pet and toys from PetCo

She loved us singing “Happy Birthday” to her, sharing her bday cake/ice cream and her toys.

Shelby continues to think she’s a lap dog. LOL. And of course, Jazzy wants to join in on the fun!

And Jazzy did! She got in the chair next to my husband and snuggled with him. She sure does love her daddy!

On Monday, our temps dropped from 80 to 35 and we woke up to a wind chill of 15. That is NOT South Texas weather in November. And Miss Penny gave Mother Nature a big ‘ol stink eye!

And to stay warm later that night, Penny snuggled in for the night with her blanket.
