Adorable Furbabies, November 6th

Good afternoon everyone! Just a few pictures to share with you all.

Shelby never got the memo that she’s no longer a lap dog anymore. LOL. She’s starting to get into the habit (every day, at least twice a day) by climbing in my lap while I’m trying to work. She’s so silly.

The day before Halloween, we had gotten a cold front, dropping the morning temps down to the 40’s (with a wind chill of 31). That is NOT Penny friendly weather and she stayed inside, with a blanket to snuggle with.

Jasmine and Shelby being pretty girls:

Penny was OUT for the count by Saturday night. And yes, she was snoring!

My husband had to work a few hours on Sunday afternoon and Penny was waiting for him once it got dark.

And last but not least, Mr. Jackson relaxing, being Mr. Cool.

Until next time, bark and meow on. 🙂

Adorable Furbabies, October 29th

Hello everyone! Things are starting to slow down for me and that allows me to take time to post pics of the furkids.

Mr. Jackson LOVES his sister!

Mondays are Garbage Days and the girls love to watch out for the Garbage Truck!

Jazzy is all smiles! 🙂

We were quite chilly Saturday morning and it got the youngins hyper!

While the littles were playing, Miss Penny was snuggled up with her fave blanket.

I bought the girls a new bed at Earthwise Pets and Jazzy sure loves it!

I got up for just a minute and Jackson stole my chair!

And last but not least, Happy National Cat Day to Mr. Jackson.

Until next time, bark and meow on!

Adorable Furbabies, Oct 17th

Hello everyone! No time long see! Things continue to stay busy for me in every aspect of my life. I take pics of the furkids, just sometimes don’t have the time to share with everyone. This post will be a long one. 😉

A few weeks ago, we caught Jackson being super silly, playing with a dog bed. LOL.

Miss Penny had her annual exam and shots 2 weeks ago. Penny Lane gets super nervous when we go to the vet. Actually car rides frighten her. With the help of our vet, we are being more Proactive vs Reactive. A few years ago, it started with adding a calming collar she wears daily. Then calming ointment/spray. Last year it was calming chews daily. Now, she also gets CBD OIL. And boy did it help tremendously! She had no issues getting in the car nor did the car ride upset her. She still wasn’t a fan of getting out of the car and walking to the door, but once inside, she greeted the ladies at the front desk. She had no issues walking down the hallway to the exam room. She wasn’t happy when the tech had to check her vitals, but she didn’t even flinch when she got her shots. I can’t believe it! No whining, no shaking, nothing. Just chilling with some panting. When the vet came in, she was a little nervous, but settled down quickly. I was so proud of her!

When we came home, she and her siblings (including Jackson!) received a special treat — fro-yo!

Afterwards, I managed to get all three girls posing for me! These pics deserved to be FRAMED!

Miss Shelby being a Miss Squishy Face!

I worked late one night and all four of the furbabies waited patiently in my office.

Last weekend, both Penny and Jackson wanted ATTENTION!

I had my girls over for a scrappy weekend and Miss Shelby took NO TIME in saying HELLO to her favorite friend — Amanda!

And last but not least, as we were going to bed, Jackson and Shelby were napping together.

Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂

Adorable Furbabies, Sept 19th

Good morning everyone! No time long see huh?! Just been super busy with lots of things, but that doesn’t keep me from taking pics of my furbabies!

Penny chose to sleep in one Saturday and I just had to take her picture!

We had my dad over for dinner one day and the girls gave him quite the greeting!

I actually made it to my scrap room for the first time in quite a while and Jackson decided to help me. LOL

I bought some dried turkey necks for the girls at Earthwise Pets and they LOVED them!

Penny LOVES popcorn and she made sure daddy knew she wanted some! LOL

And last but not least, Mr. Jackson, chilling outside

Until next time, bark and meow on!

Merry & Bright

Hello everyone! It has been a while since I did any scrapping and a couple of weekends ago, I actually did a layout. Its for ACOT’s Graphic Design Challenge and I combined with the Sketch with a Twist Challenge. The Graphic Design challeng gave us a choice of some logos and we must only use those colors. The hostess also gave us a bonus where you can use any aspect of the logo itself besides the colors. The logo I chose was “Hello Kitty” and I chose to scrap about my kitty, Jackson, for the bonus.

Here is my layout:

As you can see, I used only black, white and red. Jackson loves laying under the Christmas Tree, so he got his stocking full of treats under there. He looks very pleased with “Santa Paws”. Christmas 2018

My layout is based on the following sketch, along with the “twist” (must use at least two tags. I used three):

My list of products is as follows:

background paper: Reminisce
“meow” washi tape: Doodlebug
cat die cut, “here kitty kitty” sticker, glittery red/white striped paper: The Paper Studio
chipboard shapes: Basic Grey
red washi tape with phrases: Recollections
“Merry & Bright” tag: Mambi
stocking: Paper House Productions
red/white tag: Echo Park
b/w tag: Canvas Corp

TFL! 🙂

Adorable Furbabies, August16th

Good afternoon everyone! Its finally Friday and I have a few photos to share with you all. Mostly of Mr. Jackson, surprisingly!

When I’m busy doing something and Rob is sitting in his chair, Jasmine will steal mine. Check out that sweet face!

Jackson enjoys stealing Shelby’s ottoman

He also loves to hang out with Shelby when she’s in the office

Jackson snuck a lizard in the house and was being really sweet with it too.

I took the lizard outside and check out the stink eye! Boy was Jackson not happy with me!

Yesterday, the girls enjoyed some time in the shade

Until next time, bark and meow on!

Adorable Furbabies, July 28th

Good afternoon everyone. Hope everyone is staying cool inside and enjoying the weekend. My babies have been so sweet the last week.

Jackson LOVES his sister Jasmine! ❤ ❤

Shelby loves to just chill out on the couch

She also has no idea how big she is and loves to hang out and give her daddy kisses!

Yesterday we had my dad over for dinner and the girls enjoyed making him feel at home.

Last but not least, Jackson was ready for bed before we were.

Until next time, bark and meow on.

Adorable Furbabies, July 18th

Good afternoon everyone! I hope everyone is staying cool from the brutal summer heat everyone is experiencing. My furkids are staying cool by staying INSIDE!

On Monday, I went into town to check out a brand new pet store here called Earthwise Pet. They had just opened up a few days ago and I’ve been anticipating on them opening. And they didn’t disappoint! They had tons of stuff – foods/treats, along with some alternative medicines (CBD oil for example). They had shirts, pet decor, essentials, food, treats, etc. They even have homemade dog cookies, dog ice cream and a doggie cookie and cake mixes available too. I know where I will go for my girls’ birthdays! They also have a small cat section too. They offer “spa” services too – nail trim, hair cuts, shampoos, etc. They reminded me of a smaller version of Dogologie. We have one in Fredricksburg (near Austin) and I really love going to that one. I bought Jackson a couple of new treats (he’s super picky) and for the girls, I picked up some dried duck hearts, CBD treats, sweet potato treats, no-hide peanut butter bones, 3 homemade cookies, peanut butter ice cream, cookie mix, and a shirt for myself.

Monday, they received each a cookie and a sweet potato treat. Jackson got some Alaskan Salmon bites. Everyone enjoyed their new treats!

Later that evening, Penny looked like she was giving up on the day. She was OUT!

Shelby appeared to be throwing in the towel by Wednesday morning! LOL

And last but not least, I gave the girls’ their no-hide peanut butter bones. It looks just like rawhide, but it isn’t. Its easy to digest and again, another treat that was a hit!

Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂

Adorable Furbabies, June 27th

Good morning everyone! I’ve been MIA most of the month with staying busy with work and everything in between. I only have a few photos to share, but they are adorable, I promsie! 😉

While I was babysitting my nephew earlier in the month, Jasmine posed for me on the recliner. LOL, she was trying to get away from him! (P.S. He’s crawling!)

Shelby stopped playing long enough for me to capture this sweet picture of her.

Mr. Jackson loves to be outside so much, but now that its so hot and humid, he hangs out in the window.

After the girls get their breakfast, they’ve been going over to one of the extra-large dog beds to hang out together. Its sweet!

I had friends over this past weekend and they brought over dog treats! Penny wanted to see if there was more!

Speaking of friends, my girls sure do love Amanda! She was nominated to play tug-of-war with them!

And last but not least, Amanda couldn’t leave without giving Shelby some lovin’!

TFL! Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂

Adorable Furbabies, May 30th

Good afternoon everyone! Another busy week here so I only have a handful of pics to share with you.

This past weekend, the girls got new toys. Miss Penny Lane wasn’t interested, but Jasmine and Shelby were happy about them!

A couple of days ago, I was munching out on some carrots and I had TWO beggars!

And lastly, Jackson loves hanging out by the gate. Even Miss Penny wanted to know what he was up to!

Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂
