Adorable Furbabies, May 22nd

Good morning everyone! I’ve been a very busy bee with work, babysitting my nephew and hosting Mother’s Day one weekend and the following weekend a Gender Reveal for my brother and Sister in law. Whew! I need a little break! So what better way than to share some sweet photos of my furbabies.

One evening I found Penny sleeping, passed out on the couch with her tongue out. LOL

Shelby staring at me.

Earlier in the month, my husband was fixing the wood rot on a window and he had an audience supervising him all the way

Our ice maker was over flowing so we gave the pups some ice. Doggie Snowcones!

My 2 girls hanging out together on a dog bed

A story behind this photo of Jackson. Jackson brought in a lizard and dropped it off. I scooped it up and took it back outside. The look on his face is priceless! Not a happy kitty!

Last but not least, we celebrated National Rescue Dog Day this past Monday with Frosty Paws and special Rescue/Adopt cookies from The Dog Bakery.

Until next time, bark and meow on!

Adorable Furbabies, May 1st

Good evening everyone! My furkids have been really cute lately, posing for the camera.

Shelby was posing nicely with her legs crossed. What’s funny is that her bone is standing up. LOL

Jackson has been hanging out with his sisters alot. Here he is laying by Jasmine.

Jackson was being extremely goofy yesterday and posed for me standing up at the gate.

And on to ANOTHER Jackson story. Jackson decided to bring in a bird today – a dove. I was walking down the hallway when he came inside with the bird in his mouth. I told him to go back outside, but he ran off to the living room. He released it, and the bird flew into my office, landing on top of my desk. I was in the process of texting my husband about it when he got spooked and tried escaping via my windows. The bird ran into them a few times before settling down into a dog bed. That allowed me to grab an old towel, pick it up and release it outside in the front yard. I checked it over and it wasn’t injured and it flew away. And FAST too.

The joy of having a cat who loves to hunt….sigh…

Until next time, bark and meow on! 😉

Good evening everyone! I know its been a while since I’ve posted but I’ve just been super busy with work and life in general.

Shelby and Jackson were “watchdogging” together in my office.

Miss Penny enjoying the outdoors

A couple of weeks ago, Jackson was hanging out with his sisters. It was so cute too. While they were napping or even chewing on a toy.

Shelby spied a kitty in our front yard.

Last but not least, the girls got their Super Chewer Bark Box and they enjoyed it!

Until next time, bark and meow on!

Good evening everyone! Its finally SPRING here in South Texas and Miss Penny is ALL SMILES!

I was able to get into my Scrap room a couple of weekends ago and the 3 girls were passed out cold!

Jackson has been really sweet with Shelby.

Despite the girls being 2 years old, they are still closer than ever!

After breakfast, they like to hang out with Jackson. *Note* Shelby looks really goofy there. She is actually in mid-yawn

And last but not least, look at sweet Jasmine. Very lady like here.

Until next time, bark and meow on!

Adorable Furbabies, March 8th

Good afternoon everyone! We started our week off with temps in the 30’s (wind chill got as low as 19!) That is DEFINETLY not normal for South Texas temperatures, and when I was taking Shelby and Jasmine outside, Penny was not having it. Here is a picture of her in her hoodie, on the couch, taken from outside:

We started to thaw out and by Wednesday, even Jackson was hanging out outside. Here he is up on our roof, being silly near the gutters:

Yesterday, I went to PetCo to get dry dog food and some treats. I saw these super cute toys (pizza and hamburger). I had to get them for the girls!

They LOVED them!

At the end of the day, I caught Jackson napping next to Jasmine. It was so sweet!

Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂

Adorable Furbabies, February 27th

Good morning everyone! We had some rainy weather yesterday, so the pups and Jackson stayed inside. And Jackson was not a happy camper!

I was quite proud of Miss Penny Lane! She had no problems going outside to do her business in the rain and even ate her breakfast with no issues. When we first got her (6 yrs ago) and up to about 6 months ago, she was terrified of the thunder, rain, and even the SMELL of rain would have her running. But being pro-active with a calming collar that she wears 24/7, taking calming chews daily have helped. She hasn’t even worn her ThunderShirt in about 6 months. Yay Penny! She even hung out with the girls and I in the office, staring out the window. She also never used to do that either!

And last but not least, Jackson was being sweet with Shelby. They were sharing the big dog bed. Adorable!

Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂

Good afternoon everyone! The pups have been super busy and we celebrated Jasmine and Shelby’s 2nd Birthday 10 days ago! Here are their birthday pictures taken that morning:

I made them a peanut butter cake with banana frosting from a recipe I found on Pinterest. I topped the cake with fresh banana slices and even served it with Peanut Butter Frosted Paws!

It was definetly a hit with the girls!

Check out their haul! Toys and treats!

Shelby really loves the wobble wag giggle ball!

Shelby was posing pretty for us last weekend:

The girls were being really sweet together last weekend too! ❤ ❤

Little boy fed up with the cool temps and rain!

Jasmine got into my chair yesterday morning and leaned back so far she triggered the legs to go up. She was totally okay with that! LOL

Good morning Jasmine! Did you enjoy your little nap?

Last but not least, I set the girls up with their Super Chewer Treat Lock Tread Ball. Took them less then 15 minutes to open the toy up and get that treat!

Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂

Good afternoon everyone! Been busy with work and everything in between, so I only have a few photos to share with you. Mostly of Jackson!

If my cat had a Tender page, this might be his profile pic!

He was quite frisky and hyper one morning after breakfast. I think he’s had too much cat nip!

And last but not least, one photo of each of my girls.

Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂

Adorable Furbabies, January 22nd

Good afternoon! I know its been a while – just been a very busy bee lately. I have just a few pictures to share with you but you won’t be disappointed!

Jackson looks so handsome sitting on top of my chair

Here he is sitting on top of the fence

The girls received their first Super Chewer Bark Box. The theme for January? Viking! Their favorite toy? The Dog-ness Monster.

And last but not least, Miss Penny Lane finally able to sun herself

Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂

Adorable Furbabies, January 8th

Good morning everyone and Happy New Year! Hope the year is treating you well so far. This post will be mostly about Mr. Jackson as he has been hamming it up for the camera lately. 😉

Jackson received some really fun toys from his Aunt in New York. He really loves them!

The last weekend of 2018 brought colder temps, so that meant Jackson was INSIDE most of the time. And that means I was able to capture really sweet moments of him with his favorite doggie, Shelby!

I had bought Dog Wine (and Cat Wine) for the furkids for Christmas and felt that it was PERFECT for New Year’s Eve! Penny didn’t like it, Jasmine can care less but drank it anyways, but Shelby LOVED it! She finished everyone else’s wine. Haha….just like her momma! 🙂

On New Year’s Day, the pups got big beef bones. The bones kept them occupied for a couple of hours.

I tried giving Jackson some of his cat wine, but he gave me the ugliest look. LOL.

This past New Year’s was the BEST for Miss Penny. I feel bad for her that she gets so terrified of the fireworks. We have tried calming spray, ThunderShirt. She’s now on calming chews daily and wears a calming collar. This year though, on top of everything I mentioned above (minus the ThunderShirt), I gave her some CBD Oil made for dogs. Check out the photo below. That is Penny, chilling out, DURING Fireworks!

After the New Year, it was back to work for everyone, including me babysitting my nephew for about 12 hrs a day for a couple of days. He wore the pups out that night for sure!

Mr. Jackson napping as well in his bed.

And last but not least, Jackson saying “What’s up?” while sitting in a chair.

Until next time, bark and meow on! 🙂
