Everywhere you go, you see pink, red, white, black, hearts and LOVE all over the place in February. And we all LOVE our furbabies! This month’s challenge is full of choices. Your choices are:
Pink OR Red Hearts OR Doily “Love” or “xoxo” in your title or a quote or your journaling.
In my example, I chose PINK, DOILY and “LOVE” in my title. The photo is of Jasmine and Shelby snuggling with each other. I adore that photo so much.
I used American Crafts bow; Momenta doily; Freckled Fawn and MME enamel dots; Asuka Studio “love” chipboard piece; KaiserCraft phrases (puppy dog kisses, do small things with great love, and happy little moment); and MME ephemera, chipboard, alphas, stickers and pattern paper.
Hello everyone! Sunday I managed to get 5 pages done. 2 2-page layouts, and 1 single.
All You Need Is Love and a Dog: My sweet Penny Lane hanging out with her daddy. She’s so happy! 🙂
I used Jillibean Soup (brown pattern paper, “pet me!” sticker); Adorn It (orange pattern paper); Momenta (oval shaped sticker); KaiserCraft (quote, title, “I’m a dog person sticker”) and washi tape from my stash.
Happy Together: The SD card failed in my phone and I couldn’t save my pictures. We tried everything but it was corrupt. Luckily I already back up to my Google Drive! So I ordered another one and once it was delivered I put it in my phone. The first pictures I took were of my furbabies and Rob. November 23, 2020
I used Simple Stories “So Happy Together” and Love My Tapes washi tape.
Its based on the November 2020 Sketch that was posted as a “rewind” challenge on the Double Page Challenge this month.
Awesome: Shelby and Jasmine turned 3 years old on Feb 10, 2020. My oh my have they gotten so big and pretty. I made peanut butter carob pup cakes and bought cotton candy ice cream. And of course, they got spoiled with new toys and treats.
I used Simple Stories “Oh Happy Day” and Bazzill cardstock in Pink Fairy.
This is also based on a sketch from the Double Page Challenge. This time, I used the March 2020 sketch:
Hello everyone! I normally don’t scrap during the week since work takes a lot of my time, but with yesterday a holiday, I was able to work all morning/afternoon and perform an upgrade in the later afternoon. Once complete, I literally ran to my scrap room. LOL.
I had started this two pager on Sunday and stopped to make dinner. It just needed a few bits and pieces. Really love how it came out too.
Shelby Approves the New Scrappy Bench: I got a new bench for the scrap room and Shelby immediately had to check it out. She approved!
Since the bench is a beige color and so is Shelby, I wanted to use BRIGHT happy colors. I used Bo Bunny “#ForeverYoung” collection. I just bought some super cute doggie stickers from Sticko that had some similar bright colors.
I also did the ACOT Becky Fleck sketch for the week. I used photos from a few years ago. Mr. Jeffrey going for a quick ride with his daddy. I used a mix of Basic Grey.
Hello everyone! I’ve started out the new year being able to scrap a layout or two on the weekends, including two pagers!
You’re flippin’ great! I used DCWV “Paw Prints” paper pad and Paper House Productions 3D stickers and Washi tape from The Paper Studio. I fussy cut all the sayings from pattern paper.
Under the Weather: Photo Play and Queen & Co papers; PhotoPlay stickers (“best friend”, doggie in cone of shame); KaiserCraft date tag, journal spot, phrase strip; Sticko tiny stickers; MME alphas and Freckled Fawn, Doodlebug and Queen & Co enamel dogs.
My journaling: Penny wasn’t feeling well one day and while she was laying on the couch, Shelby brought her a toy. It was Shelby’s favorite toy too. Her teddy bear. It was so sweet. Oct 31, 2020
Ghouls & Goblins: Echo Park, Scenic Route and CTMH pattern papers; Fancy Pants flair; PhotoPlay stickers and die cuts and Freckled Fawn enamel dots. The gold glitter washi tape is from stash.
My journaling: For Halloween, the girls got a Dia de los Muertos cake, Frosty Paws ice cream, and a couple of toys. They had fun! Oct 31, 2020
Happy Days: Simple Stories papers and chipboard; The Paper Studio washi tapes and the little banner stickers are from the Dollar Tree.
My Journaling: Penny had a super awesome 8th birthday party! I baked her doggie red velvet cake and bought some Birthday Cake ice cream. She loved it, as did her sisters. We spoiled her with treats – including chicken jerky, pupcorn, truffles and a peanut butter donut with maple bacon sprinkled on top. She also got a new collar. It has unicorns and rainbows on it. November 8, 2020
We Love Bacon: DCWV pattern papers; KaiserCraft alphas; Simple Stories word phrase stickers. Bacon buttons and washi tape is from my stash.
My Journaling: Penny received a peanut butter donut with maple frosting and bacon “sprinkles” for her birthday. Everyone enjoyed it. November 9, 2020
Hello everyone and Happy New Year! My furbabies have been cute as usual.
Penny and Shelby laying close together, keeping an eye out on their daddy.
I was using my Cricut machine and Shelby just looked so adorable in her bench.
It was a cold New Year’s Eve, so Miss Penny was staying warm in her pajamas:
On the weekends, I dust and vacuum my office. I move dog beds and I guess Shelby didn’t mind that two of the beds were stacked.
A few days ago, the New York Santa Paws finally made a deliver to Texas! The package had been sitting in the NY Metro distribution center for almost 2 weeks before it was scanned and “in transit”. Anyways, it was definetly worth the wait! The girls were super excited!
Shelby sure does love that benebone!
Jackson was wanting attention while Penny ate her breakfast. The photo came out dark, but I still like it.
It wasn’t even 9am on Tuesday and Jasmine looks like she is done for the day!
Last but not least, the girls got to sample some of those cookies they got from the NY Santa Paws, along with some Hoggin’ Dawgs Ice cream. The cookies were peanut butter and carab and the ice cream was banana. Yummy!
