Hello Love

Hello everyone! Hope you all have had a good weekend. Can’t believe tomorrow is almost Monday!

Anyways, my newest layout features my sweet girls – Ruby Mae and Lady Bear – from May 2015.

I used Doodlebug “Puppy Love” collection for the papers, stickers, enamel dogs, washi tape and paper clips.

I submitted this layout for Paper Issues Pet Challenge where I had to use something that is new to me (Doodlebug Puppy Love) and use something that I had been hoarding. I chose the veneers from Crate Paper “Hello Love” collection. I even colored the title using an orange gelato.

The design is based on Let’s Get Sketchy’s latest sketch:

TFL! 🙂

Springtime Mischief

Good afternoon everyone! I’m back with another layout I did over the weekend. This one features my sweet girls Ruby and Bear.

Springtime Mischief

This photo was taken last April and I had caught them DIGGING under the rubber tree together. LOL. 10 years old, and digging! Couldn’t help taking the picture. Just look how happy they are! Who could be mad! LOL.

The design is based on Let’s Get Sketchy Sketch from Week 1.

Week 1

I skipped the sun burst background and chose polka dots (still, a very bold, busy background) and lost the large banner (just used layers instead). The stars were swapped for hearts, paw print and the doggie die cut. All the papers are from Doodlebug’s “Puppy Love” collection, including the die cuts. The alphas are K & Company (brown) and Fancy Pants (navy blue).

The layout is also for ACOT’s 3 in a Row Challenge. I had chosen the middle row – color blue; 5 or more patterned papers, polka dots.

TFL! 🙂
